Finding Earth Works…
educates workers to be climate-informed and works with industry and policy makers to shape and create climate-responsive jobs. In combination, these are keys to mitigating and adapting to climate change.
To do this, Finding Earth Works offers:
- training workshops on participating in the green economy
- program development expertise in the diverse sectors of green economy and green job readiness
- facilitation to create collaborative training partnerships that prepare workers for success in training and in the workplace
- research and policy development to bolster climate responsiveness on the part of workers and employers
- grant writing to secure funds for green jobs education and training
- green careers coaching for adults, out-of-school youth, and dislocated workers
You get assistance, strategies, techniques and resources for integrating green economy, sustainability and climate change in your job, or your program.
